  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform policies of Meta, TikTok and X.
  • You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive or unauthorized automation purposes.

4. Platform Compliance

Users must comply with the terms, community guidelines and developer policies of third-party platforms connected to Omnelias. We are not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions or penalties imposed by Meta, TikTok or X due to user violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding and software related to Omnelias are the property of Elias Tech & Analytics unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of their own content published through connected social media accounts.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Omnelias if users violate these Terms, misuse the platform or engage in activities that compromise system integrity or legal compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Omnelias is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Elias Tech & Analytics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform outages, API limitations or third-party service disruptions.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including changes required due to third-party API updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Elias Tech & Analytics operates.
