2. Description of Service

Omnelias is an omnichannel communication platform that integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail), Meta (Facebook & Instagram,whatapp), TikTok and X. Features include messaging, email sending, inbox management and communication analytics in unified interface

3. Third-Party Integrations

By connecting external accounts you authorize Omnelias to access data from those services strictly to provide requested functionality. Each integration is subject to its respective platform policies.

4. Google Gmail Integration

When you connect your Google account you grant permission to access Gmail data only to:

  • Send emails on your behalf
  • Display your emails in the platform

Gmail data is:

  • Accessed only with your explicit consent
  • Used solely for user-facing functionality
  • Not used for advertising, profiling or resale
  • Accessed only through user-initiated actions

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
  • You must not use the platform for spam, abuse or unauthorized automation.

6. Data Usage & Compliance

Omnelias complies with applicable data protection laws and third-party platform policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy. Data is used strictly to provide core platform functionality.

7. Service Availability

We depend on third-party APIs. We are not responsible for disruptions, limitations, or changes imposed by Google, Meta, TikTok, or X.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse integrations or breach platform policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including issues related to third-party services.

10. Modifications

We may update or modify the service at any time, including changes required by third-party providers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where Elias Tech & Analytics operates.

12. Changes to Terms

Continued use of Omnelias after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
