A 47-minute working session with our messaging engineering team, recorded live with questions from the audience left in. It is aimed at teams who are already on the WhatsApp Business Platform and hitting the operational realities: rejected templates, closed service windows and quality-rating scares.

What is covered

  • Minutes 0–9: the service window mechanic and how it should shape your staffing and automation design.
  • Minutes 9–21: template categories, why rejections happen, and a live walkthrough of rewriting a rejected template until it passes.
  • Minutes 21–33: quality rating mechanics, per-template block rates, and the alerting we recommend.
  • Minutes 33–41: building a delivery-notification flow with an SMS fallback for template pauses.
  • Minutes 41–47: audience questions, including opt-out handling across categories and multi-language template management.

Prerequisites

You will get most from the session if your business verification is complete and you have at least one template live. No coding is required to follow along, though the flow-building segment shows the API payloads for engineers who want them.
